Orwa Nasser, MD, MPH
Dr. Orwa Nasser is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist specializing in cornea, cataract, and refractive surgery, as well as pediatric ophthalmology, strabismus, and nystagmus. He is dedicated to providing advanced, personalized eye care for both adults and children using the latest surgical techniques and technology.
After completing his ophthalmology residency in Israel, Dr. Nasser pursued four years of advanced fellowship training in the United States at Akron Children's Hospital, the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, and UT Southwestern Medical Center. His expertise includes cataract surgery with premium lens implants, corneal transplantation, laser vision correction, keratoconus management, glaucoma treatment, and complex anterior segment surgery.
Dr. Nasser is actively involved in ophthalmic research and education, has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, and regularly lectures at national and international ophthalmology meetings. He is also committed to humanitarian outreach, volunteering his skills to provide sight-restoring surgery to underserved communities around the world.
