Dr. Johnson graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Rice University in Houston. She went on to earn her Medical Degree with High Honors from Baylor College of Medicine. After completing her residency in Ophthalmology, she pursued a Fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics.
Dr. Johnson is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and serves as a Support Leader for the Tourette Syndrome Association of Texas in the Rio Grande Valley.
