Adanna Udeh, M.D., a Connecticut native, discovered her passion for ophthalmology in medical school after her grandfather lost his vision to glaucoma. Her interest deepened during a research program at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, where she focused on optic nerve regrowth and rehabilitation.
Dr. Udeh completed her ophthalmology residency at New York University, serving as chief resident, followed by a fellowship in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at the Cole Eye Institute. She specializes in refractive procedures such as LASIK, PRK, RLE, CLE, and ICL, and is excited to introduce these services at Magruder Eye Institute.
Known for her patient-centered care, Dr. Udeh takes time to build meaningful connections, ensuring patients feel confident and supported throughout their treatment.
